4pm: A challenging class, towards intermediate level.
5pm: A gentle stretching class to improve flexibility and movement with strength maintenance work.
6pm: A gentle stretching class to improve flexibility and movement with strength maintenance work.
Please book directly with Mark to secure a place (12 maximum). Classes will be conducted in a strict Covid-secure manner and in line with village hall policy. Class duration 50 minutes.
Mark Thistlewood is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and has 14 years teaching experience raging from rehab from injury and illness to elite sports conditioning work. For more information please get in touch.
