Silent Auction 2019

Okeford Fitzpaine’s Silent Auction (2019) is being run in aid of our village hall.

It will end at Fippenny Fair on 23rd June at 15:00 where the highest bid for each item will be on display throughout the day and we will be working, frantically (we hope), to keep up with all the incoming bids!

Until Friday 21st June bids can be submitted:

  • (preferred) on the bid forms distributed with the catalogue. These can be delivered to 3 Castle Lane, or left in the box at Okeford Village Store,
  • emailing, or
  • by telephone.

We will also be at various events in Okeford Fitzpaine (Mud Pie Café and Movie Nights) until the auction closes so you can place bids.

Links to spare bid forms and a pdf version of the catalogue will be added here soon.

Printed versions of the catalogue, and bids forms, will be distributed around the parish soon. If you’d like to help with that please contact us!

We’re checking bids every two or three days to monitor progress and update this page. You can see the current highest bids here. Please note that this is a manual process so please be patient!
